
The American Bus Association (ABA) is our industry’s trusted professional association, representing a significant share of the motorcoach industry in North America. Each year, ABA hosts its Marketplace event, bringing together motorcoach operators, tour and travel companies, lodging partners, and the many organizations that support group travel.
Premier Transportation recently attended ABA Marketplace 2026 in Reno, and we heard a consistent message from tour partners: Premier is trusted, experienced, and delivers exceptionally high scores on the road.
Premier’s Sales Manager William Cochran attended Marketplace on behalf of our team. Throughout the week, he heard story after story about moments when groups relied on Premier, and how our team followed through with professionalism and consistency.
“While connecting with other ABA Marketplace attendees, I was told time and time again about specific instances where their groups had relied on Premier,” said Cochran. “One example came from a well-respected student travel organization that specifically highlighted how well Premier’s Professional Motorcoach Operators navigated Washington, D.C.”
Cochran added, “They also noted a near-perfect satisfaction rating tied to the Operators who supported those trips, which speaks volumes about the standards our team brings to every departure.”
That reputation is backed by performance. One tour partner shared that Premier completed 54 trips with their organization in 2025, and their post-trip surveys reflected consistently high satisfaction with the motorcoach experience. They noted that achieving that level of feedback at high volume is rare in the industry.
